Hey guys, I’m Joel. I’m starting these video tutorials to teach you how to use different AI tools. I find that sharing what I learn helps me learn better too—so let's get right to it.
Today, I’m teaching you how to use Adobe Firefly to create 3D letters made of bread.
Step 1: The Prompt Go to the Adobe Firefly homepage and type this prompt:
“A standing single slice of bread, detailed, 3D, three quarter angle with crumbs on a white background”
Hit generate. Pick the version you like best—let’s go with the one that looks the most realistic.
Step 2: Set Style Reference Once you have your bread image selected, click Edit and choose Use as a Style Reference. This will add the bread image to your style panel.
Strength: Slide this all the way to the right so the style is strong.
Effects: Scroll down to the effects section and select Minimalism.
Step 3: Upload Your Structure Make sure you have Firefly Image 3 selected as your model. Under the Composition tab, upload a letter (I used a letter "B") that you created in Photoshop or Illustrator.
Tip: Give your letter a little bit of 3D depth in your design software before uploading. This helps the AI understand the angle and volume you want.
Step 4: Final Settings & Generate
Structure Strength: Slide this all the way up so it keeps the shape of your letter perfectly.
Visual Intensity: Slide this up as well.
Style Strength: Ensure your bread style reference is active.
Now, hit Generate.
And there you go—beautiful 3D typography made of bread in seconds!
